• One of the UK’s largest antique shows (4 times a year).
• Indoor/outdoor at the fairgrounds.
• Food trucks, coffee, tents, and open fields.
• Stayed at Beaumont Cross Inn—recommended.
• The town center is worth visiting (shops, banks, cafés).
• Fair poorly attended due to wind and rain. Selection limited, prices very fair. Best to go in spring/summer/fall.

Adams Antiques Fairs (Royal Horticultural Halls, Westminster)

• Monthly, indoors.
• Great for jewelry and small collectibles.
• Well-priced, contained, easy to shop.
• Vendors overlap with Newark.

Portobello Road, London

• Permanent market but declining.
• Saturdays are overcrowded; Fridays are better.
• Many classic vendors and vintage stalls gone; storefronts now retail/food.
• Still enjoyable for a stroll, but prices high and offerings thin.

Alfies, Marylebone

• Longstanding venue, unchanged for decades.
• Jewelry, collectibles, furniture.
• Well-curated but pricey.
• Worth a visit, but don’t expect bargains.

Sunbury Antiques Market (Kempton Park Racecourse)

• Every other Tuesday.
• Indoor/outdoor stalls.
• Arrive early (I went at 5:30 am).
• Excellent prices, many vendors, great variety.
• Easy train or Uber ride from London.
• My favorite of the trip—absolutely worth it!
