RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Due to the nature of antique, vintage, and one-of-a-kind items, all sales are final.

Returns are not accepted without vendor approval.

CONDITION OF ITEMS

All pieces are sold as found and will show signs of age and wear consistent with their history.

Any notable condition details are included in the item description and/or images.

REQUESTS FOR REVIEW

If you believe an item has been misrepresented, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Requests made after this period may not be considered.

APPROVAL PROCESS

Any return requests must be reviewed and approved prior to sending an item back.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

If a return is approved, the item must be shipped back fully insured and in its original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

REFUNDS

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

FINAL SALE

All items are considered final sale unless otherwise stated.
